Common use of CONTRACT (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. Act The Parties agree that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Cap. 53B (“the Act”) shall apply to this Agreement to confer to each of Red Hat’s Affiliates and their respective officers, employees, servants, contractors and agents all such rights as may be conferred under the Act in favor of third parties, including the right to enforce in each of these parties’ own names any term of this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by the Act. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, a person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Act to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.

Act Ordinance The Parties agree that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Ordinance (Cap. 53B 623) (“the ActOrdinance”) shall apply to this Agreement to confer to each of Red Hat’s Affiliates and their respective officers, employees, servants, contractors and agents all such rights as may be conferred under the Act Ordinance in favor of third parties, including the right to enforce in each of these parties’ own names any term of this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by the ActOrdinance. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, a person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Act Ordinance to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
