Act 1999 15.1 Unless the right of enforcement is expressly provided, it is not intended that a third party should have the right to enforce a provision of this agreement pursuant to the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. 15.2 The parties may, by agreement, rescind or vary this agreement without the consent of a third party to which the right of enforcement of any of its terms has been expressly provided.
