Common use of CONTRACT SALES REPORTING Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Contractor shall report to Enterprise Services total contract sales, delineated by purchaser, made by each individual Designated Subcontractor and also report total contract sales, delineated by purchaser, on a consolidated Contractor ‘roll-up’ basis.
