Contract Suspension and Termination. a. If ASAP at any time reasonably believes that the customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement or is using ASAP’ services in an unacceptable manner, ASAP may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate the customer’s services and\or this agreement without liability.
