CONTRACT TERM / RENEWALS. The initial term of this Agreement, not including any resulting perpetual maintenance or license agreements, shall be for eight (8) years. This Agreement may be renewed for additional period(s), in accordance with EWEB Rule 3-0850, subject to agreement by the Parties, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term, on the term and price of the services hereunder.
