Common use of Contract Terminations Clause in Contracts

Contract Terminations. a. Your housing contract may be terminated in relation to any of the following circumstances: i. You are found responsible for violating the Student Code of Conduct or any other applicable law or University regulation; ii. You fail to register for courses; or iii. You fail to pay your University Xxxx. b. If your housing contract is terminated you will be responsible for the full cost of your housing contract.
