Common use of Contract Time / Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contract Time / Construction Schedule. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall be two hundred and four (204) calendar days, commencing with the date upon which the Facilities Lease and the Site Lease are fully executed and delivered to both Parties and ending with completion of the Work which will occur no later than February 14, 2020 (“Contract Time”). The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.

The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.

The Construction Schedule must be approved by the District.
