Contract Valid and Enforceable. The Contract is a valid and enforceable deferred payment obligation for the amount set forth in the Contract, arising out of a bona-fide sale of the vehicle, goods or the rendition of services in the ordinary course of business, which has been finally and unequivocally accepted by the retail purchaser(s) named in the Contract and for which Obligor is unconditionally liable without right of offset. The Obligor shall have been of legal age and competent to execute said Contract.
