Common use of Contract Value Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Contract Value Disclosure. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Xxxxx may publicly disclose the estimated total contract value associated with this Agreement prior to Buyer’s Board of Trustees authorization of the execution of this Agreement, which value shall be an aggregated amount. Furthermore, Buyer may disclose certain Confidential Information in furtherance of Buyer’s requirements to receive approval to execute this Agreement or to seek State Comptroller approval.
