Contracted Capacity. 10.1.1 Pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Aggregator shall dedicate a generating capacity of *****MW to the Utility at the Delivery Point as the capacity contracted hereunder (the “Contracted Capacity”) and the Contracted Capacity shall at all times be operated and utilised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Contracted Capacity. The Contracted Capacity of 12,000 kW is to be made available by PSPEI to ILPI to meet the latter's baseload requirements as indicated in and subject to the terms and conditions of the PSA;
Contracted Capacity. The Facility, consisting of solar panels and 6 inverters, will have a combined nameplate rating of approximately 6500 kW. The Facility's Contracted Capacity shall be 5000 kW.
Contracted Capacity. The export capacity of the generating facility not exceeding the limit declared for Small Power Producers’ facility at the time of signing of this Agreement.
Contracted Capacity. The Facility, consisting of generator(s), has an aggregate maximum net power production capacity (calculated in accordance with FERC Form 556) of approximately kW alternating current (“ac”). The Facility’s Contracted Capacity shall be kW ac.
Contracted Capacity. Pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Supplier shall dedicate a generating capacity of 100 MW to the Utility as the capacity contracted hereunder and the Contracted Capacity shall at all times be operated and utilized in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Contracted Capacity. Subject to this Contract, the Shipper's Contracted Capacity for each Gas Day within a Period under this Contract:
(a) at an Inlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for T1 Service set out (adjacent to that Inlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period; and
(b) at an Outlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for T1 Service set out (adjacent to that Outlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period.
Contracted Capacity. Subject to this Contract, the Shipper's Contracted Capacity for each Gas Day within a Period under this Contract:
(a) at an Inlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for P1 Service set out (adjacent to that Inlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period; and
(b) at an Outlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for P1 Service set out (adjacent to that Outlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period.
Contracted Capacity. For purposes of this Agreement, “Contracted Capacity” shall represent the Customer’s performance obligation (in kilowatts (“kW”). The Contracted Capacity shall be based on an analysis of Customer’s prior summer consumption data, their Energy Reduction Plan and pre-enrollment load reduction testing.
Contracted Capacity. (a) During the Term for the Provision of the Service, the SENDER will have a Contracted Capacity Subject to Availability for the transportation of Crude Oil Owned by the SENDER of up to 10.000 BPDC (hereinafter, the “Contracted Capacity”). The SENDER acknowledges that the Contracted Capacity is subject to the existence of Available Capacity in the Pipeline.
(b) If the SENDER so requires, CENIT may, ay its own discretion and subject to the existence of Available Capacity in the Pipeline, accept requests of the SENDER in excess of the Contracted Capacity (hereinafter, the “Additional Capacity”). In such case, the request will be accepted in equal conditions versus third parties. CENIT’S lack of acceptance of a nomination for Additional Capacity made by the SENDER will not be considered as a breach of the Agreement and it will not generate any liability whatsoever for CENIT.
