Common use of Contracted Capacity Clause in Contracts

Contracted Capacity. Subject to this Contract, the Shipper's Contracted Capacity for each Gas Day within a Period under this Contract: (a) at an Inlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for T1 Service set out (adjacent to that Inlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period; and (b) at an Outlet Point specified in the Access Request Form - is the amount for T1 Service set out (adjacent to that Outlet Point) in the Access Request Form for that Period.
