Common use of Contracted Delivered Water Reduction Clause in Contracts

Contracted Delivered Water Reduction. a. The CDWR, in acre-feet/acre, may be based on the Crop-Field History, the crop to be grown, and the Conservation Measure to be implemented under this Agreement. b. As provided in section 5 of this Agreement, if the Conservation Period is for a Crop Season lasting for one calendar year or less, the CDWR will be for that Crop Season. As provided in section 5 of this Agreement, if the Conservation Period is for more than one year, the CDWR will be calculated for each Contract Year falling within the Conservation Period, as an annual amount per acre on the Participating Field. The CDWR for the Participating Field is provided by Conserving Party in Exhibit C. c. IID will calculate the CDWR for the Conservation Period within any Contract Year less than a full calendar year falling at the beginning or end of the Term of the Agreement as the CDWR pro- rated based on the equivalent volume of water to the portion of the Baseline calculated as applicable during the Conservation Period within that Contract Year divided by the total Baseline.
