Prior to entering into any agreement with any Contracted Party, Company shall complete the ISO Checklist, which has been provided by WFB to Company, and obtain WFB’s approval thereon. WFB shall provide its approval or rationale for any non-approval within ten (10) business days of WFB’s receipt of a completed ISO package.
