CONTRACTHOLDER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISTRIBUTION AND NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. The Contractholder is solely responsible for all aspects of the administration of Title X. of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and any amendments with respect to the group health coverage provided by this Contract. The obligations of the Contractholder, in the event that federal continuation of coverage requirements of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), as amended, apply to the Contractholder, are as set forth below:
