Contracting For Results. HHSC’s fundamental commitment is to contract for results. HHSC defines a successful result as the generation of defined, measurable and beneficial outcomes that satisfy the contract requirements and fully support HHSC’s missions and objectives. This Agreement describes what is required of Contractor in terms of Services, Deliverables, performance measures and outcomes, and unless otherwise noted in the Agreement, places the responsibility for how they are accomplished on Contractor.
