Contractor Agreements. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to encourage each independent contractor to whom an offer has been made to enter into a Contractor Agreement, and to continue his or her current contracting arrangement with Seller or a Selling Party until commencing a contracting arrangement with Purchaser or a Purchasing Party.
