Contractor Breach Notification Obligations. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws that require the notification of individuals in the event of unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or other event(s) requiring notification in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a breach of the Contractor's security obligations or other event requiring notification under applicable law, the Contractor agrees to follow Agency directives, which may include assuming responsibility for informing all such individuals in accordance with applicable laws, and to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the State of Iowa against any claims, damages, or other harm related to such breach.
