Common use of Contractor Certification of Legality Clause in Contracts

Contractor Certification of Legality. By signing this Agreement, Contractor represents, to the best of its knowledge, that it has complied with and is complying with all applicable statutes, orders, and regulation promulgated by any Federal, State, municipal, or other governmental authority relating to its property and the conduct of operations; and, to the best of its knowledge, there are no violations of any statute, order, rule, or regulation existing or threatened.
