Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel. Pursuant to Chapter 2271, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate. [Note: This provision should only be included in a contract that (1) has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds and (2) is with a for-profit entity, not including a sole proprietorship, that has 10 or more full time employees. Section 2271.
