Contractor Changes and Assignment. (a) The Contractor shall notify the Agency in writing: (1) at least ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of any fundamental changes in the Contractor’s corporate status, including merger, acquisition, transfer of assets, and any change in fiduciary responsibility; (2) no later than ten (10) days from the effective date of any change in: (A) its certificate of incorporation or other organizational document; (B) more than a controlling interest in the ownership of the Contractor; or (C) the individual(s) in charge of the performance.
