CONTRACTOR COMMUNICATIONS Sample Clauses

The CONTRACTOR COMMUNICATIONS clause establishes the rules and expectations for how the contractor must communicate with the client or other relevant parties during the course of the project. Typically, this clause specifies the required methods of communication (such as email, phone, or written reports), the frequency of updates, and the types of information that must be shared, such as progress reports or notifications of issues. Its core practical function is to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information exchange, which helps prevent misunderstandings and keeps all parties informed about the project's status.
