Contractor Consideration. The Contractor Consideration for any given Month shall consist of: (a) The Costs reimbursement (subject to the Recoverable Costs Limit), and (b) The remaining percentage of the Operating Profit for such Month after the payment of the percentage of the Operating Profit allocated to the State, as provided in subparagraph (c) of Article 15.2.
