Contractor Deliverables. The Contractor shall ensure that each Contractor Deliverable is marked clearly and indelibly: in accordance with the requirements specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet), or if no such requirement is specified, with the MOD stock reference number or alternative reference number specified in Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements); to ensure that any marking method used does not have a detrimental effect on the strength, serviceability or corrosion resistance of the Contractor Deliverables; where the Contractor Deliverable has a limited shelf life, with the cure date / date of manufacture or expiry date expressed as specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet), or in the absence of such requirement they shall be marked as month (letters) and year (last two figures). Where it is not possible to xxxx a Contractor Deliverable with the required particulars, these should be included on the package in which the Contractor Deliverable is packed. 31Packaging and Labelling (excluding Contractor Deliverables containing Munitions) The Contractor shall pack or have packed the Contractor Deliverables: in accordance with any requirements specified in Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) (which if represented by packing codes shall be interpreted by reference to DEFFORM 96 and XXX XXXX 81-41 (Part 1)); to ensure that each Contractor Deliverable may be transported in an undamaged and serviceable condition. The Contractor shall ensure that each package containing the Contractor Deliverables is labelled to include: the name and address of the Consignor and Consignee as specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) including: the Delivery destination / address if not of the Consignee; the transit destination / address (for aggregation / disaggregation, onward shipment etc.); the DEFFORM 129J in accordance with the instructions shown therein and in the explanatory notes, or the serial number of the MOD Form 640; the description and quantity of the Contractor Deliverables enclosed; the full 13 digit NATO Stock Number (NSN) where the UK is registered as a user of it, or, where the requirement does not have a NSN, with the alternative reference number specified in Schedule 2 (Schedule of requirements); the makers part, catalogue, serial or batch number as appropriate; the Contract number (call off order numbers if enabling or as appropriate); any statutory Hazard markings and any handling markings, including the mass of any package which exceeds 3kg; the Packaging level (mi...

Contractor Deliverables. Subject to Section 24.1, upon Substantial Completion of the Project, the Contractor Deliverables accumulated or developed in respect of the Project by Contractor, its employees or any Subcontractors and delivered to Owner prior to or as a condition to Substantial Completion, as applicable, shall become the property of Owner without any further consideration to be provided therefor. Contractor or Subcontractors, as applicable, will maintain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights and Inventions embodied within the Contractor Deliverables.

Contractor Deliverables. Contractor shall deliver to Owner, the Contractor Deliverables specified in Exhibit B. The Contractor Deliverables shall include all drawings and documentation necessary for Contractor’s performance of the Work. The drawings shall show all features and details of the Work necessary for the proper installation and successful operation of the Project. The Contractor shall identify in the drawings or documentation the originator of the drawings and/or documentation if the originator is other than the Contractor.

Contractor shall Notify Owner in writing of any material amendments to any previously approved Contractor Deliverables and Owner shall be entitled to review and approve any such material amendment; provided that if Owner fails to respond within fifteen (15) Business Days to any such Notification, any such material amendment will be deemed approved.

Contractor Deliverables. A. The Work to be delivered by the Contractor, the delivery locations, and the mode of delivery are specified in Appendices 3 and 4 of Annex A hereto, entitled Statement of Work. B. The documentation to be delivered by the Contractor is specified in Appendix 5 to Annex A hereto, entitled Statement of Work. All such documentation is to be delivered to the delivery locations specified in Appendices 3 and 4 of Annex A hereto, entitled Statement of Work, by electronic transmission, air mail, or surface mail, as directed by Inmarsat.
Contractor Deliverables. Contractor shall timely submit to Company the Contractor Deliverables in accordance with the Project Schedule. In the case of those Contractor Deliverables which are subject to Company’s review, comment and approval, unless provided otherwise herein Company shall provide to Contractor its comments (including its approval or disapproval) within five (5) days of receipt unless such longer period is set forth in connection with a particular Contractor Deliverable. If Company disapproves of a Contractor Deliverable, Contractor shall promptly correct the Contractor Deliverable and re-submit same to Company and the same process shall be repeated until the Contractor Deliverable is approved. In no event shall the approval or disapproval of a Contractor Deliverable relieve Contractor of any responsibility or demonstrate any acceptance of Work by Company. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 7.16 shall in no way limit Contractor’s obligations with respect to Contractor Drawings and Manuals set forth in Article 15.
