Contractor Insurances. The Contractor shall procure and maintain, at its sole expense, in full force and effect throughout the duration of this Contract, the insurances set out below: - (a) Employers Liability and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Compensation insurance to the full extent required by all laws applicable in the country (a) where this Contract is being performed and (b) in which the Contractor is incorporated; (b) Construction All Risks insurance covering loss of or damage to the Facilities to the full replacement value thereof (as applicable in case of new construction/ upgradation works mentioned in Work Order); (c) Any other insurances which the Contractor is obliged to cover under any applicable laws or which shall be adequate in terms of type, coverage and limits to cover the Contractor’s liabilities under this Contract.
Contractor Insurances. Without limiting its obligations under this Contract if determined by the Company in writing, the Contractor shall effect and maintain in force at all times during the term of the Contract (or shall cause to be effected and maintained) all insurances that a reasonable and prudent person engaged in the relevant industry would effect and maintain and in any event the insurance listed in sub-paragraphs (a) – (e) below, all in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Clause [Contractor Insurances], in the joint names of the Company, the Contractor and its Sub-contractors (with the exception of 6.6(c)) and shall cause the insurers of underwriters thereof to waive their rights of subrogation against the Company’s Parties: Contractor's Equipment insurance for not less than the full replacement value, including delivery to the Works Site. For each item of Contractor's Plant and equipment, the insurance shall be effective while it is being transported to the Works Site and until it is no longer required as Contractor's equipment. The insurance shall cover all risks of loss, destruction or damage to the Contractor's equipment.
