Client identification 9.1. The Company has the right to require the Client to confirm his/her registration information specified when opening a trading account. Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system.
