Common use of Contractor Owned Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Contractor Owned Intellectual Property. All intellectual property owned by Contractor before October 1, 2001 shall remain the sole property of Contractor, and any intellectual property developed solely by the Contractor during the term of this agreement shall be the sole property of Contractor.
