Contractor Self Audit Sample Clauses
The Contractor Self Audit clause requires the contractor to regularly review and assess its own compliance with the terms and requirements of the contract. Typically, this involves the contractor conducting internal audits of its processes, records, and performance, and may include reporting findings or discrepancies to the client or relevant authority. The core function of this clause is to promote accountability and early detection of issues, helping to ensure that contractual obligations are met and reducing the risk of non-compliance or disputes.
Contractor Self Audit. Contractor will provide to County a summary of: (1) the results of any security audits, security reviews, or other relevant audits listed below, conducted by Contractor or a third-party as applicable; and (2) the corrective actions or modifications, if any, Contractor will implement in response to such audits. Relevant audits conducted by Contractor as of the Effective Date include:
a. ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management) or FDA’s Quality System Regulation, etc. – Contractor-Wide. A full recertification is conducted every three (3) years with surveillance audits annually.

As part of Contractor’s annual audit or upon the County’s request, Contractor will provide to the County a summary of: (1) the results of any security audits, security reviews, or other relevant audits listed below, conducted by Contractor or a third party; and (2) the corrective actions or modifications, if any, Contractor will implement in response to such audits. Relevant audits conducted by Contractor as of the Effective Date must include:
