Contractor Terms and Conditions. The Contractor agrees to maintain the security and integrity of any electronic media that contains confidential data procured or used pursuant to the undertaking of this agreement. At the termination of this agreement the Contractor shall certify in writing that all such confidential data has been disposed of in such a manner that it cannot be recovered or recreated. If, as part of this agreement, the Department has provided the Contractor with any type of electronic data storage device, the Contractor shall return all devices to the Department at the termination of this agreement.
