Contractor to Indemnify Corporation. The Contractor shall be liable for and shall defend, indemnify and hold the Corporation Group harmless from and against any Claim in connection with any item imported by the Contractor to which the Notifications do not apply and which is not imported at the request of the Corporation for the performance of this Contract.
