Contractor to inform himself fully The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied himself as far as can reasonably be done as to all circumstances affecting the Contract (including the safety regulations applicable to the System, and to have examined the TNCI Requirements, with such drawings, schedules, plans and information as are annexed thereto or referred to therein.
