Common use of Contractor Use of Government Owned Property Clause in Contracts

Contractor Use of Government Owned Property. The Contractor shall have exclusive use of the property owned by the Government at the Contractor’s facility to manufacture AVA doses. A complete list of the Contractor Acquired Property is found in Attachment 2 in Section J of this contract. The fee for using this property shall be $[**] per dose of vaccine produced for private sales. For the first performance period of January 3, 2004 to December 31, 2004, the Contractor may be credited against the last invoice for doses delivered. For all other ensuing contract periods, the Contractor shall credit the usage fee on a monthly basis as the equipment is used in producing an inventory of doses for private sales.
