Contractor Vehicles. Contractors that perform regular work at the mine and require a vehicle to access the site, and miscellaneous business-related visitors (vendors, prospective contractors, consultants, etc).
Contractor Vehicles. The Contractor will not use private vehicles to transport activity participants unless on a case by case basis specific criteria has been met as outlined in the Manual. Such use must be part of the Recreation Contractor’s formal business operation, be approved by the Division Director or designee, and be indicated in this section of the Agreement. Contractor IS _ IS NOT authorized to use its vehicles to transport activity participants. If “IS” is checked:
(a) Contractor has provided proof of auto insurance with minimum liability limits of $1,000,000 and the Park District named as an additional insured. The following people, all of whom are 21 years of age and have successfully completed a vehicle background check, are authorized to drive Contractor’s vehicles to transport activity participants:
(b) The following vehicles have passed the Park District’s safety and inspection standards per completed District checklist and are authorized to be used by Contractor to transport activity participants: Type vehicle Type vehicle Make Model VIN Make Model VIN
(c) The following additional requirements are imposed with respect to Contractor’s transportation of activity participants:
Contractor Vehicles. All of the Contractor's collection equipment must be maintained and operated in compliance with all federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations to assure the safety of the collection crew and HOA residents. All collection equipment shall be covered and secured to prevent material blowing, leaking or falling out during transit. All collection equipment shall be clearly identified by affixing the Contractor's name and telephone number permanently and conspicuously to both sides of the equipment.
Contractor Vehicles. Each contractor vehicle shall display the contractor's name such that it is clearly visible. The agency may issue vehicle passes as it determines, and these shall also be displayed so as to be clearly visible.
Contractor Vehicles. Vehicles used by Contractor and subcontractor personnel in the course of their security duties shall not be painted or marked to resemble U.S./Coalition or host nation military and police force vehicles.
Contractor Vehicles. 21 Contractor and all Subcontractors shall use only those ingress and egress routes designated by the District and 22 shall observe the boundaries of the Site designated by the District. Contractor shall assume all responsibility for 23 job site vehicle parking of its and its Subcontractors’ vehicles, shall park only in those areas designated by the 24 District, which areas may be on or off the Site, and shall comply with any parking control program established by 25 the District, such as furnishing license plate information and placing identifying stickers or placards on or in 26 vehicles.
Contractor Vehicles. 10.1 Contractor vehicles shall show company decal/logo.
Contractor Vehicles. Must have the business name clearly shown and affixed to the exterior of the vehicle. Must be locked and a business card with contact information for the driver must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle in a manner that it is clearly visible and readable from outside the vehicle. County provided parking access cards are not to be used outside the scope of this contract.
Contractor Vehicles. 2.4.1 CONTRACTOR must have in operation at all times a sufficient number of qualified drivers and at least two (2) Class A tow vehicles. This requirement can be met with either two (2) recovery/wheel lift trucks, or one (1) recovery/wheel lift truck and one (1) flatbed carrier truck, or two (2) flatbed carrier trucks.
2.4.2 CONTRACTOR shall only use tow vehicles that have been inspected by the County and certified by a state-approved inspection facility.
2.4.3 Each tow vehicle used for services under the Agreement shall comply with the provisions of the California Vehicle Code.
2.4.4 Each tow vehicle will be equipped at all times as provided in EXHIBIT I- TOW TRUCK EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS and must have the CONTRACTOR'S company name clearly painted or in decal form on both sides of the tow truck.

Contractor Vehicles. May not be parked on the back driveway except temporarily to load or unload supplies and materials, or debris removal. Parking is available on Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Road, or the northeastern quadrant parking lot at Shaker Square.
