Contractor Vehicles. The Contractor will not use private vehicles to transport activity participants unless on a case by case basis specific criteria has been met as outlined in the Manual. Such use must be part of the Recreation Contractor’s formal business operation, be approved by the Division Director or designee, and be indicated in this section of the Agreement. Contractor IS _ IS NOT authorized to use its vehicles to transport activity participants. If “IS” is checked: (a) Contractor has provided proof of auto insurance with minimum liability limits of $1,000,000 and the Park District named as an additional insured. The following people, all of whom are 21 years of age and have successfully completed a vehicle background check, are authorized to drive Contractor’s vehicles to transport activity participants: (b) The following vehicles have passed the Park District’s safety and inspection standards per completed District checklist and are authorized to be used by Contractor to transport activity participants: Type vehicle Type vehicle Make Model VIN Make Model VIN (c) The following additional requirements are imposed with respect to Contractor’s transportation of activity participants:
Contractor Vehicles. All of the Contractor's collection equipment must be maintained and operated in compliance with all federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations to assure the safety of the collection crew and HOA residents. All collection equipment shall be covered and secured to prevent material blowing, leaking or falling out during transit. All collection equipment shall be clearly identified by affixing the Contractor's name and telephone number permanently and conspicuously to both sides of the equipment.
Contractor Vehicles. Each contractor vehicle shall display the contractor's name such that it is clearly visible. The agency may issue vehicle passes as it determines, and these shall also be displayed so as to be clearly visible.

Contractor Vehicles. Must have the business name clearly shown and affixed to the exterior of the vehicle. Must be locked and a business card with contact information for the driver must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicle in a manner that it is clearly visible and readable from outside the vehicle. County provided parking access cards are not to be used outside the scope of this contract.
Contractor Vehicles. 2.4.1 CONTRACTOR must have in operation at all times a sufficient number of qualified drivers and at least two (2) Class A tow vehicles. This requirement can be met with either two (2) recovery/wheel lift trucks, or one (1) recovery/wheel lift truck and one (1) flatbed carrier truck, or two (2) flatbed carrier trucks. 2.4.2 CONTRACTOR shall only use tow vehicles that have been inspected by the County and certified by a state-approved inspection facility. 2.4.3 Each tow vehicle used for services under the Agreement shall comply with the provisions of the California Vehicle Code. 2.4.4 Each tow vehicle will be equipped at all times as provided in EXHIBIT I- TOW TRUCK EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS and must have the CONTRACTOR'S company name clearly painted or in decal form on both sides of the tow truck. 2.4.5 CONTRACTOR shall notify the County of any changes in tow trucks and other equipment.
