Required Services. Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”
Required Services. (a) You will assign one of your representatives to each Putnam Fund account on your xxxxxds and reassign the Putnam Fund account should xxxx xepresentative leave your organization.
(b) You and your representatives will assist us and our affiliates in providing the following services to shareholders of the Putnam Funds:
(i) Maixxxxx regular contact with shareholders in assigned accounts and assist in answering inquiries concerning the Putnam Funds.
(ii) Asxxxx xn distributing sales and service literature provided by us, particularly to the beneficial owners of accounts registered in your name (nominee name accounts).
(iii) Assist us and our affiliates in the establishment and maintenance of shareholder accounts and records.
(iv) Assist shareholders in effecting administrative changes, such as changing dividend options, account designations, address, automatic investment programs or systematic investment plans.
(v) Assist in processing purchase and redemption transactions.
(vi) Provide any other information or services as the customer or we may reasonably request.
(c) You will grant reasonable requests for visits to your offices by our wholesalers and include all Putnam Funds on your menu ox xxxx of investments made available by you to your customers.
(d) Your compliance with the service requirements set forth in this Agreement will be evaluated by us from time to time by surveying shareholder satisfaction with service, by monitoring redemption levels of shareholder accounts assigned to you and by such other methods as we deem appropriate.
(e) The provisions of this Paragraph 4 may be amended by us from time to time upon notice to you.

(List the services (e.g., requirements development, Solution design, configuration, interface design, data conversion, installation, implementation, testing, training, risk assessment, performance assessment, support and maintenance) that will be provided by Supplier in the performance of your project. You are urged to refer to the VITA Contract for the definition of Services and for the allowable scope in drafting language for this section. You will notice subsections ”C” and “D” below offer areas for expanded detail on training, support and maintenance services. You may add other subsections in which you wish to expand the information/details/requirements for other service areas as well. It is likely some of this detail will be a combination of your known needs and the Supplier’s proposal. In all cases the provisions should include all negotiated commitments by both parties, even if you reference by incorporation the Supplier’s proposal in any subsection.)
Required Services deadlines
Required Services. The Contractor shall deliver system overview and emergency system operation training to Judicial Council Facilities staff, O&M Service Providers, and Local Fire Department within fifteen (15) business days from COD. Solar modules will be washed not less than two (2) times per year during the historic dry season (April through October) more than 60 days apart or as otherwise approved by Judicial Council. Required Services. In acquiring Wheat Receival Services, the Client must acquire such Port Terminal storage and handling services as Viterra, acting reasonably, requires in order to protect the integrity of wheat to be Common Stocked with the Client’s wheat and/or to reduce the risk of quality, safety, health, environmental or hygiene claims. The costs of such services and their applicability will be identified in the Reference Prices.
Required Services a. Mental Health Targeted Case Management services include working with the recipient and the recipient’s natural support system to develop and promote a needs assessment-based service plan. The service plan reflects the services or supports needed to meet the needs identified in an individualized assessment of the following areas: education or employment, physical health, mental health, substance abuse, social skills, independent living skills, and support system status. The approach used should identify and utilize the strengths, abilities, cultural characteristics, and informal supports of the recipient, family, and other natural support systems. Targeted case managers focus on overcoming barriers by collaborating and coordinating with other service providers and the recipient to assist in the attainment of service plan goals. The targeted case manager takes the lead in both coordinating services/treatment and assessing the effectiveness of services provided.
b. When targeted case management recipients enrolled in the prepaid mental health plan are hospitalized in an acute care setting, state mental hospital, or are incarcerated in a forensic or corrections facility, the provider shall maintain contact with the individual and shall participate actively in the discharge planning processes and assist recipients in corrections facilities with immediate access to care upon return to the community.
c. Case managers are responsible for coordination and collaboration with the Department of Children and Families, or the community based care provider contracted with the department, for services provided to children who are in the care or custody of the state. The provider shall make reasonable efforts to assure that prepaid mental health plan recipients who are in the care or custody of the state and who receive mental health targeted case management services have all services covered by the plan integrated with the case plans developed by the department. This integration shall reflect active collaboration with the department.
d. Case managers are also responsible for coordination and collaboration with the parents or guardians of children who receive mental health targeted case management services. The provider shall make reasonable efforts to assure that case managers include the parents or guardians of prepaid mental health plan children in the process of providing targeted case management services. In acquiring Receival Services, the Client must acquire such storage and handling services as Viterra, acting reasonably, requires in order to protect the integrity of Grain to be Common Stocked with the Client’s Grain and/or to reduce the risk of quality, safety, health, environmental or hygiene claims. The costs of such services and their applicability will be identified in the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual.
