Contractors After Termination. During the term of Executive's employment with ----------------------------- the Company and for a period of one (l) year following the termination of Executive's employment with the Company, Executive will not solicit any of the employees, agents, or independent contractors of the Company to leave the employ of the Company for a competitive company or business. However, Executive may solicit any employee, agent or independent contractor who voluntarily terminates his or her employment with the Company after a period of 120 days has elapsed since the termination date of such employee, agent or independent contractor. None of the foregoing shall be deemed a waiver of any and all rights and remedies the Company may have under applicable law.
