Contractor’s agreement and acceptance of HHSC objectives. Contractor is expected to meet or exceed the contractual responsibilities and obligations set forth in this Agreement. Contractor understands that all areas of responsibility and all requirements listed in this Agreement are subject to performance evaluation by HHSC. Contractor’s failure to meet its contractual responsibilities and obligations set forth in this Agreement is subject to HHSC’s application or pursuit of any or all of the remedies set forth in Article 11 of the UTC.
