Common use of CONTRACTOR'S AND SUBCONTRACTORS’ EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR'S AND SUBCONTRACTORS’ EMPLOYEES. Contractor shall employ, and shall permit its Subcontractors to employ, only competent and skillful personnel to do Work. If County notifies Contractor that any of its employees, or any of its Subcontractors’ employees employed on the Work is incompetent, unfaithful, disorderly or profane, or fails to observe customary standards of conduct or refuses to carry out any provision of the Contract, or uses threatening or abusive language to any person on the Work (including persons representing County), or violates sanitary rules, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, and if County requests that such person be discharged from Work, then Contractor or its Subcontractor shall immediately discharge such person from Work and the discharged person shall not be re-employed on the Work except with consent of County.
