Common use of Contractor’s display of United designated code Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s display of United designated code. (a) All UA* Flights will be included in the schedule, availability and fare displays of all computerized reservations systems in which United and Contractor participate, the Official Airline Guide (to the extent agreed upon) and United's and Contractor’s internal reservation systems, under the UA code, to the extent possible. United and Contractor will take the appropriate measures necessary to ensure the display of the schedules of all UA* Flights in accordance with the preceding sentence.
