Common use of Contractor's Duty to Pay Expenses Clause in Contracts

Contractor's Duty to Pay Expenses. Except as otherwise specifically stated in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall provide and pay for all permits, taxes, insurance, materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, heat, power, transportation, supervision, temporary construction and all services and facilities of every nature and whatsoever necessary for the performance of the Contract, complete and within the agreed time.
