Common use of Contractor's failure to meet Clause in Contracts

Contractor's failure to meet. deadlines for submission of clean copies of individual documentation forming part of the subject of Contract (e.g. Execution project, Accompanying technical documentation, As-built documentation, Technological procedure for construction and installation works, Quality plan for execution of Contract, Safety plan and documentation coordination plan pursuant to Government order of SR No. 396/2006 Coll., Commissioning project, Regulations for operation, maintenance and repair, Time schedule for Contract execution, etc.) will entitle SE to claim contractual penalty from the Contractor amounting to EUR 200.00 for each document and for each day of delay.
