Common use of Contractor's failure to meet Clause in Contracts

Contractor's failure to meet. deadlines for submission of fair copies of individual documentation forming a part of the subject of Contract (e.g. Detailed design, Contractual technical documentation, As-built documentation, Technological procedure for construction and installation works etc.) will entitle SE to claim a contractual penalty from the Contractor amounting to EUR 200 for each document and for each begun day of duty violation.
