Contractor's Fixed Fee. When the Work is performed based on Cost of the Work plus a fixed fee, Contractor’s fixed fee shall be as set forth in the Agreement. When the value of the Work covered by a Change Order is determined based on the Cost of the Work, Contractor's fee shall be determined as set forth in Section 12.3.4.
