Common use of Contractor’s Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Indemnification. (a) Subject to the indemnification procedures set forth in Article 20.3 (Indemnification Procedures), Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner and its Affiliates and their respective Associates from any and all Losses caused by claims made by third parties (including Consultants and agents of Owner, Contractor, or any Subcontractor but not any employee, officer, or director of Owner) for injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to tangible property arising out of any error, omission or negligent act of Contractor or its Subcontractors.
