CONTRACTOR’S LICENSING LAW. Subcontractor represents that it holds, and represents and covenants that at all times during the performance of its work under this Agreement Subcontractor will maintain, a valid, current and active California contractor’s license appropriate for Subcontractor’s work. Subcontractor further represents that each of its subcontractors holds, and represents and covenants that, at all times during the performance of its work, each of its subcontractors will maintain a valid, current and active California contractor’s license appropriate for its work. The failure of Subcontractor or any of its subcontractors to maintain a valid, current and active California contractor’s license at all times during the performance of its work shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
