Contractor’s Opportunity to Cure Default. City may, in its sole discretion, provide Contractor with an opportunity to cure the violations set forth in City’s notice of default to Contractor. Contractor shall commence to cure the violations immediately and shall diligently and continuously prosecute such cure to completion within a reasonable time as determined by City. If the violations are not corrected within the time determined to be reasonable by City or to the reasonable satisfaction of City, City may, without further notice, declare Contractor to be in breach of this Agreement and pursue all remedies available at law or equity, to include termination of this Agreement without further notice.
