CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE. 1.1 The Contractor shall provide the construction works, hereinafter referred to as the “Works”, and perform the services as set out in the “Statement of Works, Services and Specifications” and “Bill of Quantities”, attached hereto as Annex I, and Xxxxx XX respectively, it being understood that such works, services and technical specifications are deemed to include those which, while not specifically provided for in the said Annexes I and II, are implied by generally accepted usages and standards of the trade and industry.
