CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE. The Contract specifications define the minimum level of service and frequency deemed acceptable. It is intended that the Contractor shall schedule its operations to meet or exceed these requirements. It is further intended that the Contractor shall put forth a level of effort to provide a thorough cleaning of the facility, not merely surface cleaning to the sanitary standards of a hospital. Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of Contractor’s employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
