Common use of Contractor’s Pollution Liability Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Pollution Liability. Contractor’s Pollution Liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and in the annual aggregate to cover sudden and non-sudden bodily injury and/or property damage to include the physical injury or destruction of tangible property, loss of use, clean-up costs and the loss of use of tangible property that has not been physically injured or destroyed.

Contractor shall provide Contractor’s Pollution Liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 2,000,000 per occurrence or claim and in the annual aggregate to cover sudden and non-sudden bodily injury and/or property damage to include the physical injury or destruction of tangible property, loss of use, clean-up cleanup costs and the loss of use of tangible property that has not been physically injured or destroyed. Coverage shall include non-owned disposal sites.
