CONTRACTORS PRACTICES. The Contractor must not engage in anti-competitive practices which might have the foreseeable effect of restricting or diminishing the availability of interpreting services under this Contract. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, the following: i. Requiring Interpreters to work exclusively with the Contractor; i. Requiring Interpreters to sign a non-compete agreement; ii. Retaliation or threats against an Interpreter who refuses to work exclusively with the Contractor or will not sign a non-compete agreement; iii. Contacting Consumers or Purchasers directly to solicit future business; and iv. Offering compensation or other special consideration to Consumers or Purchasers in exchange for the promise of future business.
