Contractor’s Remedies not Involving Termination. The Contractor, in its sole discretion, may suspend the Contractor’s performance with respect to all or any portion of this SCIA pending necessary corrective action as specified by the Contractor, in addition to other remedies available to it under this SCIA. The Contractor recognizes that the UCRC shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Contractor during suspension of performance consistent with this provision.
