Contractors Responsibilities and Warranties. 7.1. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. Contractor shall be responsible for damage to TFC’s equipment, and/or the workplace and its contents, by its works, its negligence in work, its personnel, or its equipment by Contractor’s staff or subcontractors.
